The hotel had clean and mostly working rooms, with some noise due to street-facing location. Staff were extremely helpful and offered to move me to a quieter room. The location is great in the geographical middle of the city with many dining options nearby. The dining experience was decent although missing some options. Overall, a comfortable stay with helpful staff in a central location.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were decent considering I got a discounted price, but at full price, they wouldn't be worth it with torn curtains and a small impractical TV. However, my room, although had some cables running around, was mostly clean and everything was in working order like the TV, fan, wifi, and hot water. The service was accommodating, shifting me to a quieter room when I requested, and resolving noise issues promptly. The location was excellent for exploring Bangalore, but the one-way system on St Marks Road could be confusing for cab drivers. The dining experience left me wanting more variety for breakfast. Overall, a reasonable stay considering the price paid.
The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were slightly worn out but clean, the service was accommodating with some noise issues resolved, the location was excellent with various dining options nearby, and the dining experience had its ups and downs.
